This policy explains what ARCSys Technologies collects when you use this website or fill in one of its forms, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

ARCSys Technologies (“ARCSys”, “we”) is a software and consulting company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We build CECL, ALM and analytics software for US banks and credit unions. This policy covers this website, the forms on it, and the email and scheduling that follow from those forms.
It does not cover the loan files and other data that client institutions load into ARCSys products such as ARC-CECL and ARC-ALM, or the Learning Portal. That data is handled under each client’s agreement with ARCSys, and we process it only to deliver the service the client has engaged us for.
When you fill in a form on this site, you choose what to tell us. Depending on the form, that can include:
Your name, your work email address, and the institution you work for.
Anything you type into a message field, such as a question about your portfolio or the quarter you would like us to look at.
Your answers to the 5-minute CECL Defensibility Check, which produce your results. If you unlock the full report, we keep those answers alongside your contact details so the follow-up fits what you told us.
Event sign-ups and requests for whitepapers or other material.
Anything you include when you email or call us.
We collect this through the See it on your loans form, the Defensibility Check unlock, event sign-ups, whitepaper requests, and direct email.
Like most websites, our hosting, analytics and form providers record technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how long you stay, the page that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to keep the site running, understand which pages are useful, and protect against abuse. See Cookies below.
To respond to you. To answer your question, send the Defensibility Check results, whitepaper or event details you asked for, and schedule the conversation you requested.
To follow up on a request about your institution. When you ask to see ARCSys on your loans, a member of our team contacts you to arrange it.
To send marketing email about ARCSys products, events and research, where you have agreed to receive it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To run and improve the site. To measure which pages are read, fix problems, and keep the site secure.
To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising on other sites. We share it only in these cases:
Service providers who work on our behalf. We use HubSpot to receive form submissions, keep our contact records, schedule meetings, and send marketing email. We also use providers for website hosting, site analytics, video hosting for the film on this site (the host receives your IP address when the film plays), and business email. Each provider is bound by contract to use the information only to provide its service to us.
Within ARCSys. Sales, services and consulting staff see the details relevant to your request.
When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or property of ARCSys, our clients or others.
In a business transfer. If ARCSys is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Our providers process information in the United States.
We keep form submissions and contact records for as long as we are in contact with you or your institution, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions and meet record-keeping obligations. If you unsubscribe from marketing email, we keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period set by our hosting and analytics providers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see Your choices.
This site uses cookies and similar browser technologies in three ways:
Essential. To keep the site working and remember choices you make within a visit. These do not identify you.
Analytics. To count visits and see which pages and links are used, so we can improve the site.
HubSpot. HubSpot sets a cookie that recognizes your browser across visits to this site. When you submit a form, that lets us connect the pages you viewed with your contact record, and it is part of how scheduling and the unsubscribe link work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still read, though some features may not work. Where state law gives the Global Privacy Control browser signal legal effect, we honor it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to info@arcsystechnologies.com. We will stop within ten business days.
Access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
State privacy rights. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Texas), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we have collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email info@arcsystechnologies.com. We will respond within the time the law allows, we will not treat you differently for asking, and if we decline a request we will say why and how to appeal.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to this site and access limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
This site is for professionals at financial institutions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
The site links to LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other services, and our meeting scheduler runs on HubSpot. Their privacy policies, not ours, apply when you use them.
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email or with a notice on this site before it takes effect.
Questions, requests and complaints about privacy go to the address below. Put “Privacy” in the subject line so it reaches the right person.
