The role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Sales Representative at ARCSys Technologies located in Virginia Beach, VA, with occasional in-person meetings.
The Software Sales Representative is the primary connection to our prospects, focusing on driving revenue in new accounts and expanding our customer base throughout the country. You will support lead generation team communication with clients, account management, and overall sales activities.
You are required to live in or relocate to the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities
Contact potential prospects, develop opportunities within assigned accounts, and close new opportunities
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to qualify and manage them through the sales cycle
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle
Maintain customer and opportunity data in HubSpot (our sales software system)
Work with the Marketing and Sales support team on what you need to improve sales
Desired experience and skills
Financial software sales experience a plus
Ability to work on a prospecting and sales plan
Strong communication and account management abilities
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Inside sales experience in a SaaS software environment
Proficient in Google Workspace and HubSpot
Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative
Ability to work on the phone and computer for extended periods
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Compensation
$65,000 per year plus commission, with no limit to maximum compensation.
